Terms of Service

These terms govern use of PicListed, operated by Alexander Van. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to support@piclisted.com.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter an agreement to use PicListed. Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not impersonate others, circumvent account verification, or create accounts to evade usage limits.

What PicListed provides

PicListed helps prepare item listings from photos and details, save drafts, and estimate prices using available comparable information. Features may be incomplete or unavailable during beta testing. Photo recognition requires a configured AI service. Hosted marketplace publishing and live subscriptions are not yet generally available. Facebook listings currently require manual completion on Facebook.

Review every listing

AI suggestions can be incorrect. You must verify item identity, authenticity, condition, included accessories, price, and description before publishing. Photos cannot establish hidden defects or prove authenticity. Price estimates are not appraisals or promises of a sale. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listings, marketplace fees, taxes, shipping, returns, and your transactions with buyers.

Your content and permitted use

You retain ownership of your photos and listing content. You give us permission to store, process, and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you request, including processing by service providers. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload it. Do not use PicListed for unlawful goods, fraud, infringement, spam, malicious code, harassment, unauthorized access, or attempts to disrupt the service.

Third-party services

Google, OpenAI, payment providers, and marketplaces have their own terms and privacy practices. PicListed is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, eBay, or Facebook. Their availability, restrictions, fees, and account decisions are outside our control. Review the Privacy Policy for information about service providers and data processing.

Trials and future paid plans

The current free trial includes a limited number of AI generations and does not require a payment card. Feature availability and usage limits are shown in the app. A paid subscription will require a separate checkout showing its price, renewal schedule, and cancellation terms before you agree to pay. These terms alone do not authorize a charge or convert your free account into a paid subscription.

Availability and account closure

We may change or discontinue features, and may restrict accounts used for abuse or violations of these terms. Keep backups of important listing content. You can stop using PicListed at any time and request account deletion at support@piclisted.com. We will handle associated data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, item values, or sales results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We will publish revised terms here and provide notice of material changes where appropriate. Questions or disputes should first be directed to Alexander Van at support@piclisted.com so we can try to resolve them.
